Solace helps simplify the planning process, communicate with trusted local providers, and support the details that make a stay feel smoother — without requiring an ongoing monthly concierge relationship.

Arrival Preparation
For guests who want to arrive to a space that feels more thoughtful and ready, Solace can assist with pre-arrival coordination such as groceries, flowers, welcome items, local gifts, special touches, and basic stay details.
This service is especially helpful for families, late arrivals, special occasions, wedding weekends, and guests unfamiliar with the region.
Solace does not provide property management, housekeeping, or maintenance services. When needed, we help coordinate with appropriate local providers or existing property contacts.
Dining & Experience Coordination
Solace can help with dining requests, private chef inquiries, local recommendations, activity planning, and experience coordination based on the client’s timing, preferences, group size, and desired level of support.
We cannot guarantee reservations, vendor availability, weather-dependent activities, or access to private experiences. Our role is to help identify appropriate options, communicate clearly, and coordinate details where possible.
Family & Guest Support
Montana trips often involve multiple ages, different schedules, and changing needs. Solace helps families and groups think through the practical details that can make a stay feel easier.
This may include transportation requests, kid-friendly activities, downtime planning, guest gifting, celebration details, dining options, and local recommendations tailored to the group.
The goal is not to over-schedule the trip. The goal is to help create a thoughtful flow that feels manageable, elevated, and well-supported.
This is for one trip or one stay.
Concierge+ is for monthly, ongoing support.

Request Support
Tell us about your stay, timing, location, group size, and what you need help coordinating.
Scope Review
We review your request to determine what is realistic based on timing, season, vendor capacity, and the level of support required.
Service Estimate
If the request is a fit, Solace provides a service estimate. Vendor costs, goods, reservations, delivery fees, and third-party services are separate unless otherwise stated.
Coordination Begins
Once approved, Solace begins coordinating the agreed-upon details and communicates updates clearly along the way.
Service Investment
Private Stay Support is quoted based on scope, timing, request volume, and level of coordination required.

Service fees may include planning time, vendor communication, scheduling, sourcing, local coordination, and day-of support when available.

Third-party vendor costs, groceries, flowers, gifts, transportation, activities, reservations, delivery fees, gratuities, and other outside expenses are separate.
For clients seeking ongoing monthly support, Concierge+ may be a better fit.

Our role is to provide thoughtful planning, clear communication, trusted local guidance, and support throughout the agreed scope of service.
