These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOLACE website, services, applications, and communications.

By accessing or using SOLACE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Nature of Services

SOLACE provides concierge, travel coordination, lifestyle management, and related advisory services.

  • SOLACE acts as a facilitator and coordinator, not as a principal service provider

  • All services are provided on a best-efforts basis

  • SOLACE does not own, operate, or control third-party providers

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While SOLACE endeavors to deliver exceptional service, we do not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific accommodations, experiences, or vendors

  • Pricing, upgrades, or preferential treatment by third parties

  • Outcomes dependent on third-party performance or external factors

Third-Party Providers

Services may require engagement with independent third-party providers.

  • SOLACE is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third parties

  • Any disputes related to third-party services are between the client and the provider

  • Information shared with third parties is governed by our Privacy Policy

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Review confirmations and communications promptly

  • Assume responsibility for decisions made based on SOLACE coordination

Confidentiality

SOLACE treats client information as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients acknowledge that certain information must be shared to fulfill requested services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SOLACE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • SOLACE’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to SOLACE for the specific service giving rise to the claim

  • SOLACE is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events or third-party actions

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLACE from claims arising out of:

  • Misuse of services

  • Inaccurate information provided

  • Third-party disputes or claims

Discretion & Relationship Management

SOLACE reserves the right to:

  • Decline or discontinue services at its discretion

  • Limit or terminate access for conduct inconsistent with our standards

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of SOLACE and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

SOLACE may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
